Through his culinary journeys through Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Korea and - of course - a bit of hometown flare with techniques acquired in Sydney, Best offers an unprecedented at-sea dining concept. The menu is brimming with the vert best of Australian produce with a cultural mix of Asian flavours, inspired by Best’s frequent culinary travels across the region & the cultural diversity of Sydney, his hometown.
