Day 1 - Tour starts Vancouver

Day 2 - Vancouver to Kamloops
Travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops. You will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Overnight in Kamloops. Please note that all accommodation in Kamloops is of moderate standard.
Day 3 - Kamloops to Jasper
Your journey continues to the majestic Canadian Rockies and Jasper National Park. Highlights include the Fraser River, the Rocky Mountain Trench, Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, and Yellowhead Pass.
Day 4 - Icefields Parkways tour, including Ice Explorer Jasper to Lake Louise
Travel to Lake Louise via one of the most scenic highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway. A stop will be made at Athabasca Falls before arriving at the Columbia Icefield. Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier to learn more about its geological features. Your driver/guide will explain how glaciers are formed and point out some interesting geological features. Time will be available for lunch (not included). Afterward, a brief stop will be made at Bow Lake before arriving in Lake Louise this afternoon. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the mountain town of Banff to Kamloops, in the heart of the BC Interior. Enjoy the spectacular array of scenery as you travel between the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies, over mountain passes and through remarkable tunnels, along rocky lakeshores and across the ranchlands of the Interior. Today’s highlights include the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels, Kicking Horse Canyon, Rogers Pass, and Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven. Overnight in Kamloops. Please note that all accommodation in Kamloops is of moderate standard.
Day 8 - Kamloops to Vancouver
Your journey continues towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. You will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon. Your rail journey ends on arrival in Vancouver.
Day 9 - Tour End - Vancouver

Maximum offer value of $300 AUD added value credit per adult ($600 AUD added value credit per couple) is with qualifying packages of seven nights or more in GoldLeaf or SilverLeaf Service. Credit must be requested at the time of booking. Credits can only be used towards buying additional services – cannot be used to upgrade rail service or accommodation of the core package. Credit cannot be deferred to a later trip.
Additional conditions apply. +Driver must be 25 years of age, or older, possess a valid driver's licence and hold a major bank's credit card. If the driver's licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit is strongly recommended. This is required for translation purposes to confirm the validity of the driver's licence for the safety of renters and for the car rental company.
A credit card deposit will be required at time of car rental pick-up to cover costs not included in the Rocky Mountaineer package. These costs are the responsibility of the renter and are payable when the vehicle is returned. A car rental day is based on a 24-hour period.
Rates do not include hotel parking charges, Loss / Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), meals, attractions, passage by ferry, port taxes, child seats, drop-off charges if the vehicle is not dropped off at the location specified in the itinerary, any applicable charges for additional drivers, upgrades to a higher car class, additional rental days, any other optional charge or service charges and GST. Pick-up or drop-off at an airport may be subject to an additional charge by the car rental company.
This deal is available for the duration of the sale dates, unless sold out, subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
